| Jolene Williams, a Basque ranch girl from Shoshone,
Idaho has recently joined us here at Right Direction Adolescent
Services. She is an amazing addition to our intake team acting
as the conductor of a complex orchestra of details involved in
helping young people along their paths to improvement. Jolene
previously worked for SUWS, a Wilderness Program for at risk youth
in Southern Idaho for almost 9 years where her expert skills in
creative problem solving and direct methods of communication were
polished. She is a solution oriented person with a remarkable
sense of empathy for everyone around her. Jolene has the ability
to put herself in anyone's shoes with compassion and insight.
She also exemplifies the concept of selflessness, taking in a
local teenager who needed some neighborly support. Jolene together
with her husband and young daughter are living the Western dream
of farming and ranching on their 200 plus acre ranch.
