Jeana was born and raised in Southern California and now resides in Washington state. Jeana has extensive experience in all aspects of office management and administration. Before coming to Right Direction Crisis Intervention, she managed an Industrial Design firm in Signal Hill, California and later headed the Industrial Sales department for a leading case manufacture in Orange, California. Jeana also brings 17 years of customer service experience with her and believes very much in the philosophies and goals of Right Direction Crisis Intervention. In her free time, Jeana enjoys spending time with her four children, painting and drawing, composing on the piano, hiking, kayaking and photography.
