Hayden’s calling in life is to help people overcome the pains of addiction due to drugs or alcohol. He was introduced to this field in 2004 when he went to work for an in-patient treatment center located on Lake Eufaula in Oklahoma. His ability to effectively handle people and situations with communication and understanding was quickly recognized and he moved up to being a Case Supervisor after only a year on the job. As a Case Supervisor he was personally responsible for ensuring that each patient successfully completed and achieved the ability to apply the skills that they were learning in treatment. He loves to work directly with the patients and takes great pride in helping others overcome their addictions. He has literally helped thousands of people over the span of his career. Hayden currently lives in the Tampa Bay area and is a counselor at Novus Medical Detox Center. At Novus he specializes in patient care and in helping people find long-term solutions to their drug or alcohol problem. He is also certified in first-aid and CPR. Hayden loves cooking, spending time with family and friends, and any outdoor activity like fishing or canoeing.
