John is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a bachelors degree in Criminology. His experience with troubled youth began with mentoring at local high schools to help young teens with different backgrounds graduate. His approach towards troubled youth involves patience, firm control over the situation, and most importantly respect towards the individual and family.
