Jennifer K. Interventionist
Jennifer was raised between Florida and Georgia and recently moved to the mountains of North Carolina. Raised by travel enthusiasts, she began traveling on her own at age 16. Through her travels to more than 30 countries and her exposure to a wide array of cultures, she developed a passion for helping people in need. She volunteered on a farm in southern Ireland, working with mentally handicapped young adults; on a farm in rural Belgium teaching at-risk youth the simple life; and most recently, she volunteered at an orphanage near Angkor Wat in Cambodia. She has initiated tutor/mentor programs at Georgia State University and volunteered locally with a multitude of shelters and causes. She is thankful to be able to help facilitate positive changes in others. With a degree in Studio Art, she pursues photography, writing and painting in her free time. She is also an avid kickball player and a hiking enthusiast.
