Holland was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and prides himself in spending time with his son and family. He enjoys playing baseball and coaching his son's little league team. As a young man, he always had the desire of contributing to the improvement of society as well as to aid those in need. This desire of helping others led him to a career in law enforcement. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for securing building premises and has been praised for facilitating the security and confidence of respective residents. Besides his strong work ethic, he is also described as a doting father, reliable and generous friend and an overall "great guy."
