Brian Shelly is a forty-year-old father of two. He is originally from Philadelphia, PA. and was once a troubled youth himself. He struggled with school as a teenager and eventually joined the U.S. Army. Brian was an alcoholic and addict for several years, until a life-changing experience helped him turn his life around. He has since worked with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office as a member of the Philadelphia Youth Aid Program and joined his local church in Philadelphia to help other teens that were headed down the same road that he traveled. Brian enjoys keeping himself fit by training in the martial arts of Tae Kwon Do, Moo Duk Kwon, as well as boxing. Brian is a published author known for his book about his own troubled life as a teen entitled, Drunkeneese. Brian is a professional painter by trade when he is not working with at-risk youth and young adults. Brian now works closely with teens in his new place of residence, Florida.
