Allan B. Interventionist
Allan was born and raised in Maine. As a teenager, he spent two summers on a ranch in North Dakota as a ranchman and a year on a dairy farm in Maine as a herdsman/farmhand. He’s been a carpenter, customer representative, manager, glazier/auto glass installer and a business owner; he has also trained young men to do these jobs. He is currently back to college part time to get a Human Services Degree. Allan was married for eighteen years and has raised two children to adulthood. He has hiked and snowmobiled all over Maine. Allan volunteers a significant amount of his time to an organization which works with adults so that they know themselves and have better relationships with the people around them. Working with people from all over the U.S. and Canada has broadened his understanding of people despite their differences. Allan says, “Just because someone is going through a difficult time, it doesn’t make them a bad person.”
